Threats of Suit from The Gable Center

The Gabel Center's CEO Jerry Bowling has threatened to sue me after he discovered a website I was working on to generate leads for drug and alcohol treatment centers. The project was on a back burner and needed some editing. His main objection was valid and I corrected it.

The real problem is he thinks that he is entitled to complete removal of his business name from the website and he is wrong. he resorted to swearing and threatening me in a phone call on 7/16/2015 and resorted to a cease and desist letter on 7/18/2015 to make this happen. The fact of the matter is if he would of been amiable with me to start with I would of taken it down, He started the original conversation by calling me a mother fucker and threatening to fly to Georgia to whip my ass. (I have all of this recorded and will post it later)

Now Mr Bowling of The Gabel Center has hired Mr Eric P. Gros-Dubois of EPDG Law to file a trademark suit against me. Here is a link to the original demand letter.

I will be filing a police report this weekend for the threats Mr Bowling made to me personally and will seek a restraining order or criminal prosecution for his threats the first part of next week.
